So far, we estimate that the planning phase for the tech portion of the launch will require approximately two months and $30,000 USD. { This includes building our Website V1.0, Outlining the Roadmap, Developing a Gitbook and preparing presentations to educate potential investors, manufacturers, contractors and homeowners who find us as a result of our marketing efforts.

We will simultaneously begin the Discord build-out and coordinate/launch the marketing & sales plan which includes but is not limited to the following ideas: [est. starting budget = $20,000]

We will raise funding for this project using 3 primary techniques: 1. Applying for Grants to cover Start-up/Seed Funding.

2.Charging users for the (future) Utility of the Ecosystem. - Manufacturers - Contractors - Consumers (possibly)

As we grow, we will develop several full-time jobs with paid positions. Budgeting and official descriptions for these positions will be developed as we build the machine and are better able to define roles and predict revenue.
